摘　　要：在全球性教育改革的浪潮中,追求优质教学成为世界各国教师教育改革关注的重要议题。为了应对基础教育的国际竞争以及实现激励教育计划的愿景,加拿大开始推行以实现优质教学为首要目标、以保证优质教学为支撑措施的卓越教师教育计划。在双重压力背景下推行的卓越教师教育计划,通过制定教学质量标准和评估教师行为及能力等方式来实现和保证优质教学。In the wave of global education reform,the pursuit of teaching excellencehas become an important topic of teacher education in the world. In response to internation-al competition and inspiring education,an excellent teacher education program has been im-plemented in Canada as the primary goal to achieve teaching excellence and the supportmeasures to ensure teaching excellence. The excellent teacher education program has beenimplemented under the dual pressure in order to achieve and ensure teaching excellence bysetting standards of teaching quality and assessing teachers＇ behavior.
