摘  要:在高等教育领域,我国实行学位制度和学业证书制度。除专科层次教育外,其他层次的高等教育均与相应的学位相对应。目前,我国存在着学位认识的误区,对相应层次学位与学历认识的误区。这些认识误区导致学位和学历的概念长期被误读,造成高等教育及高校教育追求的偏离,在人才培养中注重形式忽视内容。因此,学位和学历上的误读亟待匡正。Academic degree system and academic certificate system are two implemented systems in higher education areas in China. Except college level, other levels higher education match Corresponding degree. In this article ,we took "Skilled Degree" conferring as focal point, discussed the widespread existing misunderstanding about degree and educational background and their interrelation in higher education areas in detail, analyzed the deep causes in these misunderstanding, raised some differences in the understanding of connotation in degree between our country and the western countries, the educational background in college level in our country had same connotation comparing with corresponding degree conferred by western countries.
