课程教学与研究生创新意识的培养——基于西部地区数学学科硕士研究生课程教学的分析

摘　　要：课程是构建人才培养的基本单元和人才培养过程的基本载体,自然成为培养研究生创新能力的关键环节之一。研究生人才培养目标的规格要求决定了研究生课程教学既要保证人才的知识系统性和学科前沿性,又要充分体现教学过程的实践特点。分析当今西部高校研究生数学学科课程教学现状,根据课程的内容特点及教学目标要求,探讨研究型课程对研究生创新意识培养的影响并提出以研究型授课、研究型学习和研究型应用为核心内容的研究型课程教学模式。Courses are defined as a basic unit of talent education and a basic carrier of talent education process,thus naturally has been one of the typical links in the cultivation of graduates' innovation ability.The objectives and standards for graduate education require graduate courses teaching not only to be knowledge-systematic and discipline-pioneering,but also to fully reflect the practicing features of the teaching process.Through analyzing the status quo of graduate education and based on course content characteristics and teaching objectives,it shares opinions as to how to formulate teaching strategies and to select and exercise teaching methods more logically.
