摘  要:校企合作是现代职业教育制度的核心。校企合作的规模虽然比以往有了大幅度扩大,但校企合作的有效性依然不高。对职业教育校企合作认识不到位、制度建设不力、合作企业缺乏专业化教师是影响职业教育校企合作有效性的三个重要因素。借鉴德国校企合作的成功经验,转变观念,进一步完善校企合作制度框架,加强职业学校和合作企业教师队伍建设,以此来提高职业教育校企合作的有效性。School - enterprise cooperation is the core of modern vocational education institution. Though the scale of school - enterprise cooperation is drastically enlarged compared with the past, the effectiveness of school - enterprise cooperation is still not obvious. There are three important factors effecting on the effectiveness of vocational education of school - enterprise cooperation: the conscious of the school - enterprise co - operation of vocational education is not comprehensively, the construction of institution doesnt do its best and enterprise cooperation is lack of professional teachers. Taking the successful experience of school - enterprise cooperation in Germany as an example, transforming the idea, the framework of school - enterprise cooperation is need to be further improved and strengthening the construction of the teachers' team of vocational school - enterprise cooperation so as to improve the effectiveness of vocational education of school - enterprise cooperation.
