体育院校本科人才培养的成就、问题及改进思路

摘　　要：本科生培养是高等院校的核心职能,是一项长期性、系统性、基础性工作。本文调查了全国大部分体育院校在1999年-2012年这十四年间的本科生培养情况,虽说这些体育院校本科生培养在专业设置、课程开发、师资培训等方面取得了丰硕成果,却也暴露出了专业设置布局失当、课程开发特色不足、师资培训目的颠倒等突出问题,因而惟有切实地做到了专业设置布局合理、课程开发富于创新、师资培训目的明确,才能从根本上稳定住学校的本科生培养质量。Undergraduate training is the core function of university, meanwhile it＇s a protracted, systemic, and basic work. Study on most of Sport University in China front 1999-2012, the result shows undergraduate training of Sport Universities made some achievement in professional settings, curriculum development, teacher training, hut there are still some issues in those aspects. So we must do well-positioned professional settings, innovative curriculum development, motivated teacher training in order to ensure the quality of undergraduate training.
