摘　　要：粮食工程专业是近年来新兴的专业,分析粮食工程专业在教育教学中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,以努力提升粮食工程专业的教育教学质量,为社会培养粮油高素质的专业人才。Grain engineering is an specialty emerging in recent years. The problems of grain engineering in education and teaching are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are presented,in order to improve the education and teaching quality of grain engineering and foster more qualified talents for community.
