摘  要:发生事故导致车道被占用,为考察其对道路通行能力的影响,统计每60 s内的车流量,利用相关公式计算每个时段的基本通行能力,再乘上折减系数得到实际通行能力;通过正弦曲线拟合获得通行能力随时间变化的关系;运用双样本正态均值分析,比较两次事故的通行能力差异;引入随机排队模型,计算随时间变动的排队长度,并由此得到当队长达到140 m所需要的时间。In order to examine its impact on road traffic capacity after one lane is occupied by the accident, the paper calculates the traffic within every 60 seconds and the basic capacity for each period with related formula, and then obtains the actual capacity when the basic capacity is multiplied by the reduction factor. The traffic capacity changes over time are given with the sine curve fitting. From two-sample normal mean analysis, the author compares the traffic capacity differences between the two accidents. When the random queuing model is introduced, the author calculates the length of the queue over time, and thus the time need-ed is given if the queue is 140 meters long.
