摘 要:针对三维成型机参数不易整定影响成型精度的问题,对三维成型系统的数学模型进行了分析,提出一种基于BP神经网络PID的四轴运动优化的协调控制算法。首先同时考虑三维运动控制和挤出机控制,建立了四轴运动协调控制的数学模型;其次对成型机的XYZP四轴输出参数进行实时整定。MATLAB仿真结果表明,BP神经网络PID算法较常规PID算法在系统动态性能方面效果提升明显,使系统具有更强的鲁棒性和适应能力。Aiming at three- dimensional molding machine parameter not easily setting problems affect the forming accuracy,the mathematical model of three- dimensional molding system was analyzed. And then a four axis motion based on BP neural network PID optimal coordinated control algorithm was proposed. First considering the three dimensional motion control and extruding machine control,four axis motion coordination control mathematical model was established,the second XYZP four axis of machine output parameters were setting in real time. Through MATLAB simulation,the results show that the BP neural network PID algorithm in the aspect of system dynamic performance than conventional PID algorithm improve effect,make the system has stronger robustness and adaptability.
