摘 要:以干菠萝皮为原料,石油醚为提取剂,利用超声波协同方法提取菠萝皮脂溶性色素,并采用响应曲面分析法优化提取工艺。结果表明菠萝皮脂溶性色素提取液在414 nm处有最大吸收峰,超声功率、超声时间和料液比对色素提取效果均有显著影响,最佳的提取工艺为:超声功率710 W,超声时间32 min,料液比为1︰40(g/m L)。最优工艺条件下提取的色素样液在414 nm波长处的吸光度为0.683,与模型预测值基本相符。Extraction of lipid-soluble pigment from dry powder of pineapple peel was studied by ultrasonic-assisted technology,the extraction solvent was petroleum ether.The conditions of extracting were optimized based on response surface method(RSM).Three extraction parameters including solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic output power and time all had a significant effect on extraction efficiency,and the optimal extraction conditions were determined as 710 W,32 min and 1:40(g/mL) for solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic power and time,respectively.The absorbance at 414 nm of the pigment extracted under the optimized conditions was 0.683,and the experimental values agreed with the predicted values.
