摘  要:目的分析低年级医学生批判性思维现状及与基础医学课程成绩的相关关系,为批判性思维的培养提供依据。方法以中文版批判性思维能力测量表评估北京大学二年级临床医学专业学生批判性思维现状,并分析与其基础医学课程平均成绩和单科成绩的相关性。结果 99名有效反馈的量表显示低年级医学生批判性思维整体较强,总分平均为306。7项特质平均分都显示为正性,其中"求知欲"(46.76)和"分析能力"(45.24)平均分较高,"批判性思维的自信心"(40.84)和"寻找真相"(41.79)平均分较低。相关性分析显示批判性思维总分和"开放思想"特质与基础课程平均成绩呈正相关,"开放思想"特质与每门课程成绩都呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论批判性思维及开放思想特质与低年级医学生的成绩呈正相关,需要在学习过程中加以培养。Objective To investigate current status of critical thinking on year 2 medical students and explore the relationship between critical thinking and the scores of preclinical courses. Methods Chinese version of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory( CTDI-CV) was used to investigate the current status of critical thinking on year 2medical students in Peking University,correlation was analyzed between critical thinking and the scores of preclinical courses. Results The average total score of critical thinking from year 2 medical students in Peking University was 306. All seven dispositional subscales were positive,scores of the inquisitiveness subscale and the analytic subscale were higher and the CT self-confidence subscale and the truth-seeking subscale were lower. Scores of preclinical courses had significant positive correlation with CTDI-CV and the open-mindedness subscale. Conclusions Critical thinking disposition and the open-mindedness subscale should be improved in the medical education.
