摘  要:文章以工作在民族地区的巴特尔老师为个案,运用叙事法、观察法和文本分析法搜集数据。通过分析质性资料发现,教育信息技术是其成长为卓越教师的"脚手架",主要扮演着意识强化剂、知识购物车、能力训练场、多科助力器等重要角色。对巴特尔老师的个案研究带来了如下启示:教育信息技术不仅可以提高教师学习的质量,而且能使教师的学科教学法知识升级成整合技术的学科教学法知识,还能驱动教师实现跨文化学习,从而使其具备文化多样性的特质。This paper took Mr. Bateer who works in ethnic minority area as the case and used the narrative, observation and text analysis method to collect data. Through qualitative analysis, it found that the educational information technology served as growth "scaffolding" for Mr. Bateer's being an outstanding teacher and mainly played the role of consciousness enhancer, knowledge shopping cart, ability training platform, multidisciplinary booster and so on. A case study of teacher Battelle gave us enlightenment that the education information technology can not only improve the learning quality of the teachers, upgrade the pedagogical content knowledge towards technological pedagogical content knowledge, but also drive the intercultural learning of the teachers, thus making the teachers embody the characteristic of cultural diversity.
