摘  要:现代学徒制是当前我国职业教育关注的热点问题。文章解释了现代学徒制的内涵,说明了现代学徒制与校企合作之间的关系,前者可以看作是校企合作的一种新型实践模式。以本学院机电系推行现代学徒制的过程为例,从学校、企业和学生三个方面分析了该系在现代学徒制推进过程中存在的主要问题,并从制度保障、招生改革和评价体系三个方面给出了建议。Modem apprenticeship is the hot topic paid attention to by vocational education in our country at present. The connotation of modem apprenticeship and the relationship between modem apprenticeship and school-enterprise cooperation are explained in this paper. Modem apprenticeship can be thought as a kind of new mode of school-enterprise cooperation. The article analyzes the main problems existing in the propelling process of the modem apprenticeship in our department from college, enterprises and students aspects, with the process of propelling modem apprenticeship by electrical system in our college as an example, Suggestions are given from three aspects, which are the institution guarantee, the enroUment reform and evaluation system.
