摘 要:以竹黄分离菌株sh-3为试验材料,以生物量和红色素产量为评价指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验优化发酵条件,并对发酵液的生物活性进行研究。结果表明,较优发酵培养条件是20%马铃薯、0.03%Mg SO_4·7H_2O、果糖3%、初始p H值为4、温度28℃、装液量120 m L/250 m L、摇床转速180 r/min,培养时间6 d。在此最佳发酵条件下红色素含量(OD529 nm)为0.853。红色素具有广谱抑菌活性,对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)最低抑菌浓度(MIC)0.158 mg/m L,发酵液的正丁醇提取物具有较好的抗氧化活性和较强的抑制酪氨酸酶活性。Using strain sh-3 isolated from Shiraia bambusicola as test material, the biomass and red pigment yield as evaluation index, the fermentation conditions were optimized by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments, and the bioactivities of fermentation liquor were researched. Results indicated that the optimum fermentation conditions were potato 20%, MgSO4·7H20 0.03%, fructose 3.0%, initial pH 4.0, temperature 28℃, liquid volume 120 ml/250 ml, shaking speed 180 r/min, culture time 6 d. Under the optimum fermentation conditions, the yield of red pigment (OD529nm) was 0.853. The red pigment had broad-spectrum antibacterial activity; the minimal inhibitory concentration of red pigment on Es- cherichia coli was 0.158 mg/ml. The n-butanol extracted from fermentation liquor had good antioxidant activity and inhibition of tyrosinase activity.
