摘　　要：职业教育作为现代国民教育体系的一个重要组成部分。关注教育发展模式的转变,强调以人为本的思想,重视教育质量提升已成为社会各界共同的期许。在经济社会转型发展的新形势下,在提倡以质量效益为主、走内涵型发展模式的背景下,高职高专特别是国家示范性高职院校应在办学思路、定位方面转换职教理念,积极适应构建现代职业教育体系的新决策,倡导高职教育教学研究,全面可持续推进职业教育的改革和发展。Occupation education is an important part of modern national education system, is for everyone and for the whole society education. Paying attention to the transition of education development mode, emphasizing the idea of people-oriented and attaching important to the education quality promotion have became the common expectation of all sectors of society. In the new situation of economic social transformation development, under the background of advocating quality benefit priority and walking the connotation development model, higher vocational colleges especially the vocational demonstration should reflect the positioning problems and puzzles in the educational ideas and location, convert the vocational education philosophy,and actively build a modern vocational education system to adapt to the new policy, which is important far-reaching significant to promote comprehensive and sustainable career education reform and development.
