摘  要:以磷脂酶A1和磷脂酶A2为复合酶,在非均相微乳体系下酶解制备甘油磷脂酰胆碱(GPC)。在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面优化试验确定最佳酶解条件为底物质量浓度92.10 mg/m L、酶解温度50.46℃、磷脂酶A1添加量12 U/m L、磷脂酶A2添加量12 U/m L、CaCl_2添加量4.50 mg/m L,在此条件下,GPC得率有最优值为95.34%。With phospholipase A1 and phospholipase A2 as complex phospholipase, glyceryl phosphoryl choline(GPC) was prepared in heterogeneous microemulsion system. The enzymolysis conditions were optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiment as follows: mass concentration of substrate 92.10 mg/mL, enzymolysis temperature 50.46℃, respective dosage of phospholipase A1 , phospholipase A2 and CaCl2 12, 12 U/mL and 4.50 mg/mL. Under these conditions, the yield of GPC had the optimal value, 95.34%.
