摘　　要：沈阳职业技术学院为促进学生思想政治教育与行为引导工作目标的实现,组织辅导员充分利用网络资源及新媒体传播技术,将学生思想政治教育内容与典型课例的"微课"相结合,利用"微课"实用、便捷的优势和特点,创新高职学生思想政治教育的方法与途径,增强辅导员工作的实效性和针对性,有效推进辅导员工作的课程化、标准化和专业化。In order to promote the realization of student ideological and political education and behavior guidance, Shenyang Polytechnic College organizes counselors to make full use of network resources and the new media technology, combines the students ideological and political education content and micro class of typical cases, uses the advantages and characteristics of being practical and convenient, innovates the methods of higher vocational students＇ ideological and political education,strengthens effectiveness and pertinence of counselors, and effectively promotes the course, standardization and specialization of the counselor work.
