摘　　要：在高职教育越来越需要贴近职业、注重实践的要求下,高职ESP教学改革的需求也越来越迫切。作为教学的两个必不可少的因素,教师队伍建设和教材建设始终是重中之重。从高职ESP教学的教师队伍和教材建设的现状入手,对高职ESP教学的教师队伍和教材建设提出建议,以期能提高高职ESP教学的整体水平。As higher vocational education increasingly requires closed to career and focusing on the practice, the demand of higher vocational ESP teaching reform is more urgent. As the two essential elements of teaching, the construction of teachers and textbooks is always a top priority. Start from the status of higher vocational ESP construction of teachers and textbooks to make recommendations for higher vocational ESP construction of teachers and textbooks, with a view to improve the overall level of higher vocational ESP teaching.
