摘  要:实验教学是提高学生实践动手能力和创新能力的重要途径。"果蔬加工贮运学"是食品科学与工程本科专业学科的专业必修课,针对"果蔬加工贮运学"实验教学的不足,就教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学管理,建立合理的实验考核体系等问题进行了探索,旨在不断提高"果蔬加工贮运学"实验教学的质量,培养和提高学生动手能力与分析问题、解决问题的实际能力。Experiment teaching is an important way to improve students' practical and innovation ability. The course of Processing and Storage of Fruit and Vegetable is a required course of food science and Engineering undergraduate. Aiming at the shortage of experimental teaching of the course, the teaching idea, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching management, reasonable evaluation system to this course are explored. It is to continuously improve the teaching quality of experiment teaching of processing and storage of fruit and vegetable and to cultivate and improve the students' ability to practice,analyze and solve the problem.
