班级团体辅导对提升高职新生心理适应能力的应用研究

摘  要:为了探讨班级团体辅导对提升高职新生心理适应能力的效果,本研究随机抽取某高职院校大一年级相同专业两个班的学生,其中一个班作为实验组参加三次适应性团体心理辅导活动,另一个班作为控制组不做任何干预。用大学生心理适应能力量表进行前后测,并在团体心理辅导活动结束后让成员填写团体自评表。结果发现,实验组的心理适应能力得分前后测无显著差异,后测中与控制组也无显著差异。从团体自评表中可以看出,团体心理辅导活动对提高高职新生心理适应能力有一定效果,但是由于次数过少导致效果不显著。To explore the influence of class counseling on enhancing the mental adaptability of freshmen in vocational colleges, we selected freshmen from the same professional to do the research, of which one was enrolled and assigned into the experimental group to received three times of class counseling on mental adaptability and another one as the control group did not received class counseling. They were tested with College Student Adaptation Scale(CSAS) before and after. The result showed that the experimental group had no significant difference on mental adaptability before and after. The data from group self-rating scale showed that class counseling can improve the mental adaptability of freshmen in vocational colleges, but the effect was not significant for the times of class counseling is too little.
