摘 要:国家课程标准是课堂教学的依据。根据国家课程标准设计课堂教学目标是实现新课程改革的重要措施。《英语课程标准》提出义务教育阶段的总目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。综合语言运用能力主要彰显学生获取知识的能力、用语言做事情的能力和交际能力。因此,在设计课堂教学目标时,教师应参照《英语课程标准》的总目标和分级目标,使目标具有五维框架,彰显学生的主体性,突出用英语做事情的能力且语言能力应具体到情境。The national curriculum standards are the basis of classroom teaching.Designing classroom teaching goals in accordance with the national curriculum standards is an important measure to realize the new curriculum reform."English Curriculum Standards"puts forward the general goal of the compulsory education stage is to cultivate students' comprehensive language ability.The ability of comprehensive language use mainly demonstrates students' ability to acquire knowledge,to use language to do things,and to communicate.Therefore,while designing classroom teaching objectives,teachers should refer to the overall and hierarchical objectives of the"English Curriculum Standards"to give the objectives five-dimensional framework,to highlight the subjectivity of students,to emphasize the ability to do things in English in specific situations.The goals designed by teachers should embody the new notions and should be convenient to operate by.
