摘　　要：专业综合实验是高等学校食品科学与工程专业学生的必修课程。基于"卓越工程师教育培养计划",立足食品类工程应用人才培养的基本要求,从实验教学体系的教学内容、教学方式和评价体系三个方面对我校食品学科专业综合实验课程建设进行了探讨。Specialty comprehensive experiment is the compulsory course for undergraduate students majored in food science and engineering. Based on the program of ＂Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers Plan＂ and basic requirements of cultivating application-oriented talents majored in food science and engineering, constructions of experiment teaching system of specialty comprehensive experiment were discussed, including teaching contents,teaching methods and evaluation system.
