教师生态价值观的现状分析及对区域可持续发展教育的启示——基于北京市通州区部分教师的NEP量表调查

摘　　要：教师生态价值观的状况在教学过程中对学生价值观的形成有潜移默化的影响。基于北京市通州区部分教师的NEP量表调查结果,分析和讨论了教师生态价值观的现状,提出:要在教师培训中支持亲生态价值观的塑造;在教师学科教学培训活动中帮助其理解、探索自然规律;支持教师探索自然界在满足人类需求和保持生态平衡方面的教育教学研究工作。Teachers' ecological values have a subtle influence on the formation of students' values in the teaching process. Based on NEP scale study of some teachers in Beijing Tongzhou District, the paper analyzed and discussed the current situation of teachers' ecological values and proposed that:firstly we should strongly support the shape of pro ecological values in teacher training; secondly we should help teachers explore nature laws in the teacher teaching training activities; and thirdly we should support teachers to explore their teaching and research work in the perspective of nature to satisfy human needs and to keep the balance.
