摘  要:现代学徒制是深化产教融合、校企合作,推进工学结合、知行合一的有效途径。目前现代学徒制的现状是职业院校表现积极,而企业对于参与现代学徒制人才培养模式的积极性不高,即使参与合作,其表现也不够稳定。企业认为参与现代学徒制会给企业带来风险。本文通过分析研究,针对现代学徒制现状,给出了鼓励企业积极参与现代学徒制人才培养模式的驱动对策,通过制定政策,鼓励企业参与现代学徒制,校、企、学生(学徒)签订培养协议,降低合作企业参与的风险系数,校企共同制定人才培养方案,将企业实际需要培训的内容加入到人才培养方案中,提升职业教育对企业的吸引力。Modern apprenticeship is an effective way for deepening teaching fusion and university-enterprise cooperation, and promoting the work-learn integration. The current situation of modern apprenticeship is that vocational colleges are very active, but enterprise enthusiasm is not high, even their participation is not stable. Enterprises think they may have a risk. Through analysis and study, according to current situation of modern apprenticeship, this paper encourages enterprises to actively participate in the modern apprenticeship. It gives countermeasures for drving enterprises to jointly cultivate talents. The government should formulate policies to encourage enterprises to participate in modern apprenticeship. A training agreement should be assigned among schools, enterprises and students (apprentice) to reduce the risk coefficient of cooperative enterprises. The talent training scheme should be designed by school, enterprise and student so that the attraction of the enterprise will enhance.
