摘　　要：随着教育信息化的不断发展,我国很多院校已逐步建设起了不同形式的教学资源共享平台。相比我国高速发展的食品工业,食品类专业的教学资源库建设仍处于起步阶段。通过分析我国食品类专业教学资源库的建设现状,提出了高职食品营养与检测专业核心课程教学资源库建设的目标、内容及意义,为教学资源库建设工作提供借鉴。Different forms of teaching resources sharing platform have been constructed in many colleges with the development of educational informatization. The construction of teaching resources database of food nutrition and detection major is sill in the initial stage compared with the rapid development of China’s food industry. It analysis the constructing situation of teaching resources database,and bring up the objectives,contents and significance of teaching resources construction of food nutrition and detection major in higher vocational college. It provides reference for the work of the construction of teaching resource database.
