摘 要:通过参加能力验证,提高检测技能,验证实验室的检测能力。依据GB4789.4-2010《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》方法对代码为A414的样品进行沙门氏菌的检测鉴定。按照标准操作,使用TTB和SC两种增菌液,BS、XLD和沙门显色平板结合使用,通过API20E、VITEK并结合血清学试验综合判定,从能力验证样品中准确鉴定出肠道沙门氏菌亚种Ⅲa,即亚利桑那亚种,同时从样品中还检测出阴沟肠杆菌和奇异变形杆菌两种干扰菌。To strengthen laboratory detection capability and validate the capability of microorganism detection by ability testing.
