摘  要:在大数据背景下,通过问卷调查和深度访谈法,从学习基础、学习动机、学习态度、学习方式、学习评价等五个维度对高职学生学习力现状进行调查,发现高职学生的学习力不容乐观:学习动力不足,学习毅力欠缺,学习能力有限,学习转化力低下等问题。据此提出相应措施:激发学习动机,增强学习动力;端正学习态度,磨练学习毅力;丰富学习方式,培养学习能力;完善评价体系,提高学习转化力。In the context of big data, the present situation of students' learning capacity in higher vocational college is investigated from five aspects such as learning basis, learning motivation, learning attitude,learning style and learning evaluation by questionnaires and in-depth interview. The findings show that the students' learning capacity is not optimistic, their learning motivation and perseverance are lacking, learning capacity is limited and transforming ability is low. Some measures can be taken to solve these problems, which are to stimulate learning motivation, strengthen learning power, correct learning attitude, hone learning perseverance, enrich learning style, cultivate learning capacity, consummate evaluating system and improve learning transforming ability.
