摘　　要：针对本科食品生物化学实验课程教学进行探索和改革。分析食品生物化学实验课课程特征和教学现状,剖析存在的问题,并从实验教学内容、教学资源、教学模式、实验室建设这几方面对食品生物化学实验教学体系进行改革与实践。以培养学生的动手能力为出发点,提高学生在实验教学中的主体作用,培养学生的创造性思维能力和良好的实验素养,从而为全面提升学生的综合素质奠定了坚实的基础。The paper, the undergraduate food biochemistry experimental course teaching was explored and reformed. The characteristics of food biochemistry experiment courses and teaching present situation was analyzed, and the experiment teaching content, teaching resources, teaching mode, the laboratory construction of this a few aspects of food biochemistry experiment teaching system were reformed and the practiced.To cultivate students＇ practical ability as the starting point, to enhance the subject role of students in the experimental teaching, students＇ creative thinking ability and good experimental accomplishment were cultivated for improve the students＇ comprehensive quality has laid a solid foundation.
