摘 要:创新教育是培养高创新能力的应用型人才培养的关键,为培养食品专业学生的创新思维和能力,以食品分析实验课程为例进行了研究性教学模式的改革尝试。从教学理念、教学方法、课堂教学和评价方式等方面对食品分析实验课程的教学模式进行了探索,建立了新的实验课教学模式,通过与未进行教学改革的食品专业学生的比较,说明研究性教学模式改革加深了学生相关课程的理解,取得了更好的学习效果。通过研究性教学模式的改革,形成学生自主思考和实践的良好实验课氛围,更有利于培养高水平的应用型人才。Innovation education was the key for innovation ability of applied talents. To cultivate innovative thinking and innovative ability for students majoring in food science, research-based teaching method reform was put forward that food analysis course was taken for example. The reformation was put forward including teaching idea, teaching method, classroom teaching, and assessment mechanism. A unique teaching mode which used scientific research to improve experimental teaching was established. Compared to the students who did not take part in the teaching reform, a better learning affect was obtained and the understanding of food analysis course was enlarged for the experimental students. The favorable atmosphere with independent thinking and practice was established using research-based teaching reform, which was advantage of the cultivation of professional students of high-level applied talents.
