摘  要:随着互联网+教育的提出,我国教育信息化的不断变革,中小学校长信息化领导力面临新的挑战。因而,提升中小学校长信息化领导力的培训受到越来越多的关注。本文根据中小学校长信息化领导力培训的实际调研情况,设计了混合学习环境下中小学校长信息化领导力培训的模型,着重介绍了培训的流程,提出了培训的策略。本文探讨了如何在混合学习环境的支持下促进中小学校长信息化领导力培训的开展、改进中小学校长信息化领导力培训的组织方式的可行之路,为我国中小学信息化领导队伍建设提供借鉴。With the development of education in Internet+ and the reform of ICT in education in China, the primary and secondary school principals" ICT leadership is facing new challenges. Consequently, more attentions have focused on training school principals to improve their ICT leadership. Based on a survey of the current situation of school principals" ICT leadership, this paper describes the design of a model of ICT leadership training for primary and secondary school principals in blended learning environment. This paper also introduces the training process and the training strategy within this model. This paper further discusses 1) how to promote the ICT leadership training for school principals, and 2) the feasible ways to improve the organization of ICT leadership training for school principals in blended learning environment. The ideas of this paper can be used in the forming of the leader group for ICT application in primary and secondary schools.
