摘 要:目的为椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种食物中毒的实验室分离鉴定寻找更快速、准确的方法。方法采用增菌和不增菌2种方法,比较菌落生长情况;PDA平板添加或不添加抗生素,比较平板分离效果。结果不论增菌还是不增菌,PDA平板目标菌的数量无差异,经过增菌的平板杂菌比不增菌的数量多;添加与不添加抗生素的平板目标菌生长速度无差异,添加抗生素的平板菌落比不添加的略大,椰酵假单胞菌生长更纯。结论在椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种的鉴定过程中,同时开展增菌和不增菌培养,既可节约时间、成本,又避免漏检,提高了检出率;PDA平板添加2种抗生素,使培养基选择性更强,菌落特征显著。Objective To find a more rapid and accurate method to isolate and identify Pseudomonas cocovenenans subtype Farinofermentans from poisoned food. Methods Two methods( culturing and unculturing) were used to compare the growth of colonies; PDA plates with and without adding the antibiotics were used for comparing the colony isolation efficiency. Results Regardless of broth cultures or not,there was no difference on the number of target PDA palate bacteria,and more non- target bacteria were visible on broth- PDA plate than sample- PDA plate; there was no difference on the growth rate of target bacteria on the PDA plate with and without antibiotics. The colony size on antibiotics- PDA plate was slightly larger than that on the non- antibiotics- PDA plate,with purer Pseudomonas growing. Conclusion During the isolation and identification of Pseudomonas,culturing and unculturing can save time,avoid undetection,improv the detection efficiency; PDA plates adding two antibiotics have the medium more selective,and make colony characteristic more significant.
