摘 要:教研员是我国基础教育教学研究制度的重要组成部分,对于一线教师的成长乃至基础教育质量的提升发挥着举足轻重的作用。教研员多是从一线教师"蜕变"而来,这个过程也就是其实践性知识形成的过程。本研究采用质性研究方法,以3名区县级教研员作为主要研究对象,研究发现:教研员实践性知识的生成,从宏观上看,是三大层面(教育教学基础与自我"内驱力"、教研实践与自我努力、外界支持与"新课改"刺激)七小因素(教学实践经验、情感及认知内驱力、磨练与探索、合作与交流、自学与反思、教研室与领导、"新课改")相互作用的过程;从微观上看,是个体经验经过与问题情境对话、实践、反思等多个环节的作用而最终形成的成果形式。The teaching and research staff are important part of teaching and research institution of basic education, they are playing an vital role of the growth of front-line teachers and the development of basic education of our country. Most of the teaching and research staff are transformed from school teachers, what they had got their practical knowledge. This study use the method of qualitative research and choose 3 district teaching and research staff as the main objects. The study finds that: on the macro level, the generation of teaching and research staff's practical knowledge is the result of the interaction between three levels ( including the teaching basis and the driving force, the practice of teaching and studying and the self-efforts, the outside support and the stimulation of " the new reformation of the curriculum" ) and seven factors ( including teaching experience, cognitive drive and emotional drive, honing and exploring, cooperation and communication, self- learning and reflection, teaching and research office and the leader, and " the new reformation of the curriculum" ) ; and on the micro level the generation of the practical knowledge is the result of the dialog between individual experience and prob- lem situation, the teaching and research staff's repeated practice and reflection.
