摘 要:选用5种商品化果聚糖替换合成培养基中的葡萄糖,对两歧双歧杆菌进行体外培养,通过测量发酵液中OD值及p H的变化,考察了5种商品化果聚糖对两歧双歧杆菌体外生长的影响。结果表明,低聚果糖与菊粉对两歧双歧杆菌均有显著的促生长作用,且组成不同的果聚糖对两歧双歧杆菌的体外生长有着不同的影响。其中,保龄宝与青海威德公司生产的低聚果糖,其对两歧双歧杆菌的促生长作用分别为葡萄糖的2.71倍及1.96倍;青海威德与比利时Orafti公司菊粉的促生长作用分别为葡萄糖的2.78倍及1.64倍;而Orafti公司的多聚果糖对这一菌株未呈现出明显的促生长作用。Five commercial fructans were chosen to culure Bifutobacterium bifidum in vitro by replacing glucose in synthesis medium. The values of OD and pH were measured to evaluate the growth of the stain. The results indicated thatoligofructose and inulin significantly improved the growth ofBifidobacterium bifidum and the effects of fructans with different components on the growth of Bifidobacterium bifidum in vitro were different. The promoting growth effects of oligofructose produced by Baolingbao company and Weidecompany in Qinghai were 2.71 times and 1.96 times, respectively, compared with that of glucoseused as carbon source. Under the same condition, the promoting growth effects of inulin produced by Weide company in Qinghai and Orafti company in Belgium were 2.78 times and 1.64 times, respectively. However, polyfructan produced by Orafti company in Belgium exhibited little promoting growth effect on the strain.
