摘 要:研究以小鼠实验考察了荸荠皮果醋的抗疲劳效果。结果表明:低、中、高剂量组的游泳时间均长于空白对照组,且差异显著。荸荠皮果醋对小鼠肝糖原含量具有明显的影响。低、中、高三种剂量的荸荠皮果醋喂养使小鼠运动后肝糖原的含量分别增加了25.85%,34.94%和46.88%,且不同剂量组与对照组之间差异显著。荸荠皮果醋能够明显降低小鼠血清尿素氮含量。低、中、高剂量荸荠皮果醋喂养使小鼠血清尿素氮相比对照组分别降低7.3%,12.5%和24.6%。研究的实验结果证实荸荠皮果醋具有一定抗疲劳效果。In this study, the anti-fatigue function of Eleocharis tuberose peel fruit vinegar (TPFV) is investigated through the experiment with mice. The results show that when being fed with TPFV at low dose, middle dose or high dose, the swimming time of the mice could be prolonged compared to the control group, and the differences are apparent. The TPFV is more effective on the maintainin of glucogen concentration in serum. The low, middle and high dose of TPFV could increase the glucogen concentration with 25.85%, 34.94% and 46.88% compared to the control group of the mice after swimming and the differences are apparent between the groups. The TPFV could decrease the serum urea nitrogen concentration markedly. The urea nitrogen concentration could be decreased by 7.3 %, 12.5 % and 24.6% with the three different dose levels as compared to the control group. The results presented in the research indicate that the TPFV has anti-fatigue function.
