摘  要:建立川藏高原冰葡萄酒中总砷含量的氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定方法。用湿法消解对冰葡萄酒进行前处理,利用单因素试验对测定条件进行优化研究。结果表明,在优化试验条件下,即灯电流60 m A,负高压270 V,载气流量300 mL/min,屏蔽气流量700 mL/min时,冰酒样品测定浓度在0~100 ng/mL范围内标准曲线呈良好线性,I_f=6.540 5C-12.69,r^2=0.999 2;方法的定量限为0.15μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.73%,加标回收率为95.6%~101.9%(n=9)。表明该方法操作方便,准确度高,重现性好,适用于冰酒总砷含量的检测与监控。Establish a method of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry about total arsenic in Western Sichuan Plateau ice wine. The ice wine was pretreated with wet digestion, and single-factor test for measurement conditions were optimized. The results showed that under the optimum condition, namely the lamp current 60 mA, negative high voltage 270 V, carrier gas flow rate 300 mL/min, shielding gas flow 700 mL/min. The standard curve showed good linearity when determination concentration of plasma sample ranged from 0 to 100 ng/mL, If=6.540 5C-12.69, r^2=0.999 2; Quantification limit was 0.15 μg/L, the relative standard deviation was 1.73%, and the recovery of ice wine samples was in the range of 95.6%-101.9% (n=9). The technique was characterized as operation convenience, high accuracy and good reproducibility. It was suitable to be applied to the detection and monitoring of total arsenic in ice wine.
