职前教师信息技术能力、TPACK与职业自我效能的关系模型

摘　　要：信息技术作为TPACK的核心要素之一,是教师TPACK发展过程中不可或缺的成分。参照Proctor和Albion等的TPACK调查工具,调查了260名职前教师与技术相关的四个变量,包括信息技术感知、ICT应用水平、TPACK水平及TPACK职业自我效能,结果表明职前教师信息技术感知总体水平与TPACK职业自我效能感较高,但ICT实际应用能力及TPACK水平却不高,并由结构方程模型揭示出四者间的相互关系。最后基于研究结果提出了促进职前教师技术水平及TPACK发展的建议。As one of the core elements of TPACK,information technology is an indispensable element in their TPACK development process. Reference to the tool of Proctor and Albion,auditing 260 preservice teachers＇ information technology perception,ICT software application,TPACK and TPACK vocational self-efficacy,results show that per-service teachers have higher score of information technology perception and TPACK vocational self-efficacy,but their ICT software application and TPACK is lower. The four variables＇ correlation is revealed by structural equation modeling. At last,based on the study result,author presents some suggestions on how to promote pre-service teacher＇s information technology and TPACK level.
