摘  要:目的:了解本科护生自主学习准备度与心理韧性之间的关系,为护理教育者提高本科护生的自主学习能力及心理韧性提供理论依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,运用Connor-Davidson韧性量表和自主学习准备度量表对193名2012级护理本科班学生进行问卷调查,对结果进行统计描述和相关性检验。结果有效问卷185份,本组本科护生的自主学习准备度处于中等水平,得分为(158.33±18.02)分;护生的心理韧性得分处于中等水平,得分为(72.67±11.64)分;心理韧性与自主学习准备度呈一定正相关(r=0.204~0.463,P〈0.01),心理韧性对自主学习准备度的解释量为23.1%。结论心理韧性对自主学习准备度具有正向预测作用,提高护生的心理韧性水平,尤其是培养自强和坚韧的品质,对提高护生的自主学习能力有积极作用。Objective To investigate the correlation between self-directed learning readiness and mental resilience of undergraduate nursing students, and provide reference for nursing educator to improve the psychological control source and enhance the autonomous learning ability and mental resilience of undergraduate nursing students. Methods Cluster sampling method and questionnaire survey were used in 193 nursing students from grade 2012 nursing undergraduate students. Used Self-directed Learning Readiness ( SDLR) and Connor-Davidson mental resilience scale, statistical description and correlation analysis were used to analyze the data in this study. Results There were 185 effective questionnaires, and the self-directed learning readiness of undergraduate nursing students was at middle level with score (158. 33 ± 18. 02);the locus of mental resilience was at middle level which score was (72. 67 ± 11. 64); there was positive correlation between self-directed learning readiness and mental resilience of nursing students (r =0. 204-0. 463,P 〈0. 01). 23. 1% of self-directed learning readiness of nursing students could explain by mental resilience. Conclusions Mental resilience has positive prediction to self-directed learning readiness of nursing students and can enhance the mental resilience, especially to cultivate the quality of self-reliance and have a positive effect on their independent learning ability.mental resilience of undergraduate nursing students, and provide reference for nursing educator to improve the psychological control source and enhance the autonomous learning ability and mental resilience of undergraduate nursing students.
