摘 要:教师既是课程资源开发的主体,也是重要的条件性课程资源和素材性课程资源,具有整体性、动态性、生成性和主观性等特征。全面开发和充分利用教师课程资源已经成为现阶段加快我国基础教育课程改革进程的重要手段和有效途径。本文在全面理解"一师一课"活动的目标理念和内容任务的基础上,从培养教师的主动精神、锻炼教师的教学能力、发展教师的研究能力和提升教师的信息技术应用能力四个层面构建了主体性教师课程资源的开发策略。并从完善教师的素质结构、发展教师的专业情意、锻炼教师的意志品质和丰富教师的生活体验四个层面构建了素材性教师课程资源的开发策略,以期引领和促进优质教师课程资源的开发和可持续发展。Teachers are both the key player of course resources development and the resources of conditional and material courses. Teachers are characterized as having the nature of integrity, dynamic, generativity, and subjectivity. Full-scale development and use of teacher course resources have now become an important means and effective way of speeding up the reform of basic education curriculum in China. This paper first analyzes the goal and task of the "one teacher one course" event. Then, it proposes a strategy for the development of subjective teacher course resources from the perspectives of fostering teachers' initiative spirit, annealing teachers' teaching ability, developing teachers' research competence, and enhancing teachers' capability of using information technology. This paper also proposes a strategy for the development of material teacher course resources from the perspectives of improving teachers' literacy structure, developing teachers' professional emotion, training teachers' volitional quality, and enriching teachers' life experiences. We hope that this paper can help to guide and promote the sustainable development of high-quality teacher course resources.
