摘　　要：为提高化工原理实验教学效果,结合生物工程专业的知识特点,在传统化工原理实验教学模式的基础上探索新的实验方法,以项目实验教学进行实施。以喷雾干燥项目为例,根据本专业知识结合干燥理论提出项目实验教学方案,采取综合评价体系,取得了较好的教学效果,由理论到实践,建立学生工程观念。The improvement on the effect of the experimental teaching of the principles of chemical engineering,according to the characteristics with bio- engineering,explore new teaching methods on the basis of the traditional principles of chemical engineering experiment teaching,to project implementation of experiment teaching. Take spray drying project as an example,according to the professional knowledge project experiment teaching is put forward with the combination of drying theory,establish the comprehensive evaluation system,achieves very good teaching results,from theory to practice,set up students＇ engineering ideas.
