摘 要:目的评价操作代表结合团队竞争在护理学基础实验教学中的应用效果。方法抽取2个护理本科班,分别为试验组112名学生,对照组115名学生。试验组采用操作代表结合团队竞争模式,对照组采用传统教学方法。在课程结束后进行理论及技能考核,并采用自主学习能力问卷和教学效果评价问卷对学生进行调查。结果试验组学生的理论成绩、操作成绩和自主学习能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组学生对教学效果评价好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论操作代表结合团队竞争模式优于传统教学方法,能够提高学生的自主学习能力及学习效果。Objective To evaluate the effects of operation representative and team competition in practical teaching of fundamental nursing. Methods Totally 112 undergraduate nursing students were recruited as the experimen- tal group and 115 students were recruited as the control group. Operation representative and team competition learning mode and traditional teaching method was implemented in the experimental group and the control group, respectively. The outcomes were evaluated using students' performance in theory exam and skills test,as well as questionnaires about self-directed learning and evaluation on teaching method. Results Students' performance in theory exam and skills test and self-directed learning score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). The evaluation on teaching method of the experiment group was better than the contral group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Operation representative and team competition model is superior to the traditional teaching method and can improve the self-directed learning ability of nursing students and the learning effect.
