摘　　要：为了提升师范生的专业素质和实践技能,提高师范生的从教能力,针对当前高职高专初等教育专业常规教学与教育实习中存在的问题,从知识准备、教学技能训练、"双导师制"和教育实习等4个方面提出了技能训练的路径和提升策略,力求使各要素的效率最大化,为基础教育培养"下得去、干得好、留得住"的优秀人才。In order to promote normal students＂ professional qualities and practical skills, and improve their teaching ability, based on the current problems existed in conventional teaching and education internship of Primary Education major in higher vocational colleges, the article puts forward the way and promoting strategies for teaching skill training from four aspects, namely, knowledge preparation, teaching skill training, double tutor system and education internship, and tries to maximize the efficiency of each element to cultivate excellent talents who are willing to do, able to do well and can be retained.
