摘　　要：教学比赛可以有效促进青年教师教学能力的提升,并对常规性的教学有辐射性推进作用.本文结合多年来指导参赛选手的经验,从如何认识教学比赛,如何理解比赛选题的确定原则、路径及难易程度的把握,如何使教学设计更加符合教学比赛的要求,以及如何使教学语言更为丰富多彩等为切入点,从理论和实践2个层面做了系统的阐述.Teaching competition can effectively promote the upgrading of young teachers＇ teaching ability,and can promote daily teaching work.Combined with years of experience to training a player,from how to understand teaching competition,how to understand the principles of choose competition topics,the path and how to grasp the extent of the difficulty,how to make teaching more in line with the teaching game design requirements,and how to make teaching in a more colorful language,this article described it in details from the theoretical and practical aspects.
