摘　　要：专业建设对地方本科院校的学科建设和发展起着重要的作用。文章主要从培养方案、课程体系、科研促进教学、师资力量以及实践教学等方面的建设阐述了盐城工学院食品科学与工程专业以能力导向的专业建设举措,对本科院校提高人才培养质量具有一定的启示。The specialty construction plays an important role in the discipline construction and development of local university. In the article, the specialty construction moves for food science and technology in Yancheng Institute of Technology were elaborated from the talent training program, the curriculum system, the promoted teaching by scientific research, the faculty and the practical teaching. It has some inspirations to improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.
