摘  要:20世纪80年代以来,在追求优质教学的教育改革过程中,培养卓越教师成为教师教育改革的重要手段。世界各国将培养卓越教师作为促进教师专业发展和提高教师质量的重要途径,开始推行卓越教师计划。各国推行卓越教师计划的根本目标和实现路径虽存在差异,但大体呈现趋同。加拿大非常重视卓越教师的培养,在探讨卓越教师内涵的基础上,以实现优质教学为根本目标,以教师教育一体化为基本路径,针对职前培养和职后发展确定两个关键主题,推行卓越教师计划。Since the 1980s, the training of outstanding teachers has become an important means of teacher education reform during the educational reform to pursuit excellent teaching. The training of outstanding teachers becomes an important means to promote the professional development and quality of teachers around the world and outstanding teacher program was launched. Although the objectives and paths may vary, it generally shows convergence. Canada attaches great importance to the training of outstanding teachers and implements outstanding teacher program in exploring the connotation of outstanding teachers in order to achieve the objective of excellent teaching with integration of teacher education as the basic path and identifying two key themes for the pre-service teachers and expodenced teachers in training.
