摘　　要：以集体智慧为特征的社会化学习是智慧学习环境的重要学习形式。文章阐述了社会化学习的发展、理论基础及其主要技术支持。为了对社会化学习进行有效支持,文章通过对社会化学习信息的有效采集与归类,构建了社会化属性信息模型,并从六个维度刻画社会化特征,有效解决了智慧学习环境中社会化属性信息的分类与描述问题。基于该模型,文章设计了社会化学习支持服务框架及其服务机制工作流程,为智慧学习环境下社会化学习支持服务的研究提出了新的解决途径。Social learning characterized by collective intelligence has become an important learning format of smart learning environment. This article elaborated the development, theoretical basis and main technical support of social learning. In order to support the social learning effectively, this article constructed a ＂social attribute information＂model through effective collection and classification of social learning information. This article also described the social feature of this mode from six dimensions, which sovled the classification and description problems of social attribute information in smart learning environment. Based on this model, the supporting service framework and the work procedure of this service mechanism for social learning were designed, providing a new way for social learning support services in smart learning environment.
