福建省市售水产品中河豚毒素及腹泻性贝类毒素污染状况

摘　　要：目的调查福建省市售水产品中腹泻性贝类毒素（DSP）、河豚毒素（TTX）的污染状况。方法采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对样品中的腹泻性贝类毒素、河豚毒素进行定量检测。结果螺类的检出率最高;2014年螺类、双壳贝类、鱼干类、海蟹类4种水产品中的毒素检出率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=13.832,P〈0.05）,检出率高低依次为螺类〉海蟹类〉双壳贝类〉鱼干类。2014年TTX的检出率较高与2013年TTX检出率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6.481,P〈0.05）。结论福建省市售的水产品中以TTX污染为主,织纹螺和圆尾鲎检出率高,毒素含量高。监管部门应加强市场监管。[Objective]To investigate the pollution status of diarrhetic shellfish toxin（DSP）and tetrodotoxin（TTX）in commercially available aquatic products in Fujian Province[.Methods]The levels of DSP and TTX in samples were quantitatively detected by the high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry（HPLC-MS/MS）[.Results]The detection rate of snails was the highest. In 2014,the difference in the detection rate was statistically significant among snails,bivalve mollusks,dried fish and sea crab（χ^2=13.832,P〈0.05）,with the sequence of snails sea crabbivalve molluskdried fish.The detection rate in 2014 was higher than that in 2013,and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=6.481,P〈0.05）[.Conclusion]TTX pollution in commercially available aquatic products is common in Fujian Province,and the detection rates in Nassarius and Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda are high with higher toxin contents.
