摘 要:目的对宁波市初级养老护理员的培养采用校企合作的模式,提高他们的职业核心能力。方法选取了2014年9—12月宁波市劳动局组织的初级养老护理员培训班2个班81名学员为试验组,另外2个班83名学员为对照组,试验组采用校企合作的教学模式,对照组采用多元化的教学方法。结果试验组学员的理论成绩和技能成绩均高于对照组,2组学员成绩差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对养老护理员采用校企合作教学模式的培养,能提高教学效果,提高养老护理员的职业核心能力,是一种"双赢"的模式。Objective To explore the effect of a new training mode of school-enterprise cooperation for nursing aides ’ core competence in nursing home. Methods Eighty-one trainees of nursing aides from September to December, 2014 were included as experimental group and another 83 trainees as control group. The training mode of school-enterprise cooperation was performed in experimental group and multi-teaching method was carried out in control group. Results Trainees in experimental group performed better in theoretical test and skill test and the difference was statistically significant (all P〈0.05). Conclusion The training mode of school-enterprise cooperation benefits the improvement of teaching effect and nursing aides ’ core competence.
