全程实践模式下对小学教育专业师范生教师角色意识培养的探索——以张家口学院小学教育专业为例

摘　　要：教师角色意识的形成是小学教育专业师范生达成《小学教师专业标准》中合格教师要求的重要组成部分。本文通过对在读的小教专业师范生教师角色意识的现状进行调查,分别了解他们在角色认知、角色期望、角色情感、角色意向四个方面的具体表现;然后根据人才培养的要求和实际情况,对全程实践培养模式下如何从以上四个方面培养小教专业师范生的教师角色意识提出可操作性建议。The cultivation of teachers＇ role awareness is one important requirement of the qualified teachers in Primary School Teacher Professional Standards（PSTPS）. The research team made a survey with 300 normal university students who were studying in primary education major, and find out their performance in teachers＇ role recognition, teachers＇ role expectation, teachers＇ role passion and teachers＇ role intention. According to the situation and the PSTPS, the authors provide some advises about how to raise their teachers＇ role awareness through a whole practice way.
