摘  要:利用固相微萃取-气质联用和内标定量技术建立了水体和斑马鱼体内土臭素(Gsm)和二甲基异冰片(2-Mib)的分析方法,并利用该方法研究水体中Gsm和2-Mib在斑马鱼体内的富集和暂养效果。结果表明,水体中不同浓度Gsm和2-Mib的添加回收率范围为97.2%~109.9%和88.5%~101.6%,斑马鱼中不同浓度Gsm和2-Mib的添加回收率范围为78.5%~87.2%和88.3%~91.4%;水体中不同浓度的Gsm和2-Mib能在鱼体内较快富集,鱼体内Gsm和2-Mib浓度和水体中的浓度成正相关;鱼体内Gsm和2-Mib的浓度和暂养时间成反相关,但降低较慢。水体中的Gsm和2-Mib通过鱼鳃和体表迅速富集到鱼体中,成为鱼体土腥味来源的主要外源因子,清水暂养对土腥味物质Gsm和2-Mib的去除有一定作用,但仍需配合其他去除方法使用效果更佳。Analytical methods of Gsm and 2-Mib in water and zebrafish were established by solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography mass spectrometry combined with internal standard quantitative techniques, and enrichment of Gsm and2-Mib in zebrafish and effect of temporary culture were studied by the established method. The results showed that recovery rates in different spiked concentrations of GSM and 2-Mib were 97.2%~109.9% and 88.5%~101.6% in water, and recovery rates were 78.5%~87.2% and 88.3%~91.4% in zebrafish respectively. The different concentrations of Gsm and 2-Mib in water could rapidly enriched in the zebrafish, there were positive correlation concentrations of Gsm and 2-Mib in zebrafish and in water; the Gsm and 2-Mib concentration in zebrafish and temporary culture time were inversely related, but it decreased slowly. Gsm and 2-Mib in water rapidly enriched to fish through gills and body surface, which became the main exogenous factor of fishy off-odor. There had a certain effect on removal of Gsm and 2-Mib in fish by temporary culture, however it still needed to cooperate with other removal method.
