摘　　要：教育改革发展的核心任务要加强教师队伍建设,提高教师整体素质。"互联网+"背景下,高职院校英语教师发展面临信息素养偏低、教学模式陈旧、教研能力不足等诸多问题。作为英语教师,必须不断加强学习,提升自身信息化教学素养,主动适应新时代高职院校的发展;作为高职院校,必须营造积极向上的氛围,促进英语教师更好地发展。The key to the development and reform of education is to strengthen the construction of teachers team and upgrade their overall quality. Under the background of'Internet Plus', English teachers in higher vocational colleges are confronted with many problems, such as;low information literacy, old teaching modes, insufficient teaching and research capacity. English teachers are supposed to continuously strengthen learning, to raise their information literacy in teaching, and to take the initiative to adapt to the new era of the development of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges, in turn, should create a positive atmosphere so as to promote the development of English teachers.
