摘　　要：人力资源管理作为战略管理的重要内容,对企业的发展有着至关重要的作用,而高技能人才的短缺已经成为制约企业发展的关键因素。然而,高技能教师不足成为制约高技能人才培养的瓶颈。高技能教师短缺的原因是多方面的,如工资待遇、教育培训等,找出高技能教师培养中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了一些切实可行的对策,为教师培养提供有效途径。As an important part of strategic management, human resources management plays an important role in the development of enterprises, and the shortage of high skilled talents has become a key factor restricting the development of enterprises. However, the shortage of high skilled teachers has become a bottleneck restricting the training of high skilled talents. Through analyzing the reasons for the shortage of high skilled teachers, this paper finds out the problems existing in the training of high skilled teachers and puts forward some practical countermeasures, in order to provide effective ways for teacher training.
